Hey, we are happy to talk about the minutia of water delivery any day. Just in case that's not your idea of a party, however, here are some of their more frequently asked questions:
What options are available for delivery to my home?
We offer delivery of 5-gallon bottles and 3-gallon bottles for use with a water cooler, as well as 24-pack cases of 16.9oz and 12oz single serve water bottles.
What kind of water coolers do you offer?
We have both top-loading and bottom-loading coolers by Oasis. The coolers will dispense either cold and room temperature water, or you can opt for cold and hot water.
How often do you deliver?
We can deliver as often as you'd like. While the bulk of our customers are signed up for monthly delivery, you can always choose to skip your delivery using our online account management or texting software, OR you can opt to get scheduled deliveries more or less frequently. You're the customer, and our job is to make you happy!
How does billing work?
We bill electronically the moment we deliver, and payments are due 30 days after billing. We also offer online bill pay and online account management.
