Who is Exell?

In 2017, Mississippi Bottled Water, established in 1937 by Exell Calhoun, was purchased by another local family and is now known as Exell Companies. 

A lot of things have changed since 1937; however, the Brown family strives to keep the same values consistent with Calhoun’s when started all those years ago. 

The Brown family, in addition to serving fresh, clean water through Exell Companies, also owns and operates Brown Bottling Group and Refresh Sips & Eats, boasting more than 50 years of serving Mississippians in the refreshment industry.   

Today at Exell, providing exceptional customer service is at the forefront of everything we do. We still believe in making it as convenient as possible for everyone to have safe, clean water by delivering it right to your door.

Exell has grown tremendously over the years, coming up with new ways to keep Calhoun’s original values of convenience and service at the center of our operations.

We do this by providing superior service to our customers with text and email reminders for deliveries, allowing customers to view their delivery schedule, edit orders, and pay invoices all online or through the easy-to-use app WaterToMyDoor .   

Exell has more than just water; we now carry a variety of other products that can be ordered through our app or online account management system and have those beverages conveniently delivered to your door.

Additionally, we provide filtration services that allows our customers to have safe, clean drinking water on tap at home.
